Get Started:

  1. Complete an application online or in person at our office (the more information you provide, the better).

  2. After applying, then, you will need to take the Home Health Aide Assessment, which can be done in the office or with this link: Home Health Competency Test.

  3. After you have completed the assessment, send an email to our Home Health Coordinator.

    *If you do not pass the assessment, you are welcome to re-take it until you pass. You cannot move forward in the process without passing the Home Health assessment.

  4. If you have fulfilled all requirements (including passing the assessment), our Home Health coordinator will be in touch with you on the next steps in the process.

  • Clean Background

  • A 75% or higher on our assessment
