A BCI (Bureau of Criminal Investigation) background check is a state-specific (Ohio) criminal history review.

An FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigations) background check is a criminal history review obtained through federal, state, and local law enforcement.

A combo background check covers both BCI & FBI criminal Information.
What type of background check do you need to have done?

To administer your fingerprints, we will need to scan your ID, so please have it with you at your appointment.

An ORC (Ohio Revised Code) is a code associated with the reason for your background check.
You can look up this information by googling “BCI ORC codes” and the Ohio Attorney General's website should appear as the 1st link or check/confirm your code with your prospective employer.

Payment Information
Determine whether you or your prospective employer will be responsible for covering the cost of your background check before your appointment.
Customers can pay in cash (the only in-person payment method) or conveniently make payments online using credit, debit, or Apple Pay. When choosing the online payment option, an email containing an invoice will be sent, with a $3 fee applied for this service.
