Compassionate Care for Your Home

In our Caregiving Division, where your well-being is our utmost priority, we understand that seeking home health care services can be a significant decision, often driven by the need for specialized and compassionate care within the comfort of your own home.

We service clients currently using Molina, Passport, Aetna, ESP, and those who do not currently use a healthcare agency can be provided with a Private-Pay Plan.

How to Request a Home Health Aide

(For you or your family member)

*Your family member may be able to become your caregiver through us by applying for a caregiver position.

With a health care agency:

  1. Contact the Council on Aging (COA) to see if you are eligible for a caregiver and, if so, how many hours you are allotted.

  2. Once COA has confirmed your eligibility, have the agent contact Eastern Supportive Solutions and request caregiving services.

Not with a health care agency:

  1. Call (513) 421 - 4666 and ask to speak with the Director of Caregiving Services about a private-pay plan.

  2. Once you are transferred, express that you are inquiring about a private-pay plan for caregiving services.
