  2. Conduct a thorough interview with each candidate

  3. Check two references min. (personal & professional)

  4. Each candidate completes an application, completes an I-9 Form, and gets E-verified through Homeland Security

  5. Conduct FBI-BCI searches on candidates as required by law or requested by the client

  6. Conduct a 52-point and a client-driven, job-specific orientation

    *We require candidates to provide a Hamilton County Police Report for certain positions
